The Impact you will have in this role:
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across the entire technology stack-from front-end interfaces to back-end services-delivering high-quality solutions that meet user and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust server-side logic and APIs using Java, or similar.
- Design and implement responsive, user-centric web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and SDETs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
- Experience working in a Scrum Team.
Core Skills & Competencies
- Front-End Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
- Back-End Development: Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring), or .NET.
- Database Management: SQL (Oracle, Snowflake) and NoSQL (Redis).
- Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred but not required), Azure, or GCP
- Container Platforms: Redhat OpenShift, Kubernetes or similar.
- Messaging Technologies: Apache Kafka, IBM MQ.
- Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Testing: Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Karate).
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and communication.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
