The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Impact you will have in this role:
The Enterprise Scheduling family is responsible for the entire Batch Scheduling environment. The primary focus is to provide flexible scheduling capabilities using self-service and automation while enforcing our Best Practices in an effort to reduce risk and the job failure rate.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Autosys job scheduling environment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Autosys job failures and performance issues.
- Develop and implement job schedules, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with application development teams to define job requirements and dependencies.
- Provide support for job scheduling issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement and maintain job scheduling standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation for job scheduling processes and procedures.
- Participate in on-call support rotation for job scheduling issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Working knowledge of the Linux Operating System
- Experience working with and creating Autosys JIL
- Conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing
- Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
- Create and publish system documentation
- Partner with experienced team members to develop new automation
- Team oriented with good communication skills. Willing and able to collaborate with team members and clients to achieve goals and meet deadlines
- Provide On Call support (On Call)
- History of working independently
- Experience creating technical documentation
- Capable of using AI tools.
