The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.
The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Marketing & Communications team, the Graphic Designer will provide key graphic design and desktop publishing services for internal clients in the Marketing & Communications and the Corporate Strategy partners.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide graphic design services (e.g. PDFs, brochures, charts, infographics, digital channel assets) and desktop publishing services (e.g. MS PowerPoint presentations directed to both internal and external audiences) to the Strategy & Business Development team, the Marketing & Communications team, and other business partners, as needed
- Create slide decks, Word documents and presentations for Board of Directors, CEO and other key stakeholders in the organization
- Transform Word documents into client-facing presentations to be used as slide presentations and/or in printed material
- Work with colleagues to 'beautify' existing executive-level/strategic presentations and documents and/or bring them into line with corporate brand guidelines
- Participate as an active member of the Marketing & Communications team, contributing to the team's goals, collaborating with members of the team, Strategy & Business Development as well as other business partners on ad hoc projects.
- Provide updates to existing collateral (using the Adobe Creative suite of programs)
- Create brochures, white papers and factsheets
- Create graphs, promotional graphics, charts and infographics, digital and print ads; photo retouching
- Create on-brand templates in MS Word and PowerPoint
- Maintain and update the content of the Brand Resource Center SharePoint site

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Ability to work in English
- Minimum of 4 years experience in graphic design and/or desktop publishing (required)
- Computer proficiency, including the core Adobe Creative Suite of programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office and advanced PowerPoint (required)
- Experience working/partnering with senior stakeholders (required)
- Experience working under pressure to tight deadlines, and successfully managing competing projects, stakeholders and priorities (required)
- Experience in business-to-business marketing (desirable)
- Excellent English oral and written communication, including ability to take specific instructions (e.g. new project instructions, information on required edits to existing work) from business partners by phone, email or other written forms (essential)
- Proofreading skills
- Project management skills (required), including decision making, prioritization skills
- Experience in financial services or IT marketing (desirable)
- Experience in front end web design
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor, influencing and partnering with business stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate/collaborate with other team members
- Self-motivation, ability to follow up on agreed deliverables
- Ability to work independently and remotely (being one of only two people on the team in Manila)
- Ability to work in a global organization
