Enterprise Architecture Enablement Platform Product Manager

The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Enterprise Digital Solutions Team, the Enterprise Architecture Enablement Platform Manager will be responsible for managing Mega Hopex - DTCC's current shared Enterprise Architecture platform. This role will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, objectives & key results, and critical initiatives for the platform. In this capacity the Director will identify the critical personas and partners within the firm to deliver the best possible platform to support the internal customers' needs. The Director is the product champion and subject matter authority on the tool and its development lifecycle.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Ultimately accountable for the Platform, its roadmap, development lifecycle, critical metrics, operating expenses and overall business value
• Identify and deliver value to the Platform's critical personas - including but not limited to Business Architecture and IT Architecture
• Manage oversight and best practices associated with critical architecture "blueprints," including but not limited to business processes, client journeys, and capability models
• Lead a team of technical and product support
• Partner with cross-functional collaborators to ensure the execution of the strategy and achievement of business goals
• Partner with the Platform's third-party vendor(s) to ensure tool is available, up-to-date, and in-line with industry best practices
• Provide support to internal customers, acting as an evangelist for the platform
• Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• Consistent record of leading technology enabled business platforms
• Exposure to Business Architecture, IT Architecture, and/or Data Architecture concepts preferred
• Certification in Business Process Modeling (BPMN) preferred
• Experience working with Mega Hopex preferred
• Knowledge of Capital Markets preferred

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services.

These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.
