The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Impact you will have in this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to support the design and development of software solutions within the financial sector. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, working closely with collaborators across engineering, product, and operations to define and prioritize requirements. You will play a key role in driving innovation and process improvement through decentralized technologies.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Translates user and business needs into product backlog items (shared responsibility with Product Owner (PO)) to achieve "definition of ready"
- Collaborates with PO and squad on backlog item refinement to foster a shared understanding of what the product is supposed to do
- Work closely with Business and AD teams to leverage IT resources to help achieve all project deadlines
- Partner with PO and collaborators to incorporate feedback into the backlog
- Required participant in all daily and ongoing squad calls
- When applicable, creates documentation for collaborators and/or provide information for others to create documentation (e.g. training materials, message specs, technical/functional design, etc.)
- Work with engineers & peers to communicate status, bring up roadblocks and work with support teams to perform fixing as needed .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in the financial sector.
Talents Needed for Success:
- Minimum 4 -6 years of IT infrastructure experience
- Familiarity with diverse technologies and platforms in Infrastructure domain
- Familiarity with Agile techniques and tools - Scrum, Kanban, Jira, etc.
- Experience navigating ServiceNow, Power BI & JIRA Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and business process modeling software
