The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Global Business Management team, this role will partner with the Operations Associate Director to support the business by delivering high-quality data insights and reporting solutions that inform strategic decisions across the organization. This role is responsible for performing data analysis and designing and maintaining dashboards for internal stakeholders using DTCC's data tools and platforms, including but not limited to Sigma, Power BI, and Snowflake.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Sigma, Power BI, and other DTCC-approved visualization tools.
• Query and analyze data from Snowflake and other enterprise data platforms using SQL and other querying languages.
• Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions aligned with DTCC's strategic goals.
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and business risks to support business performance management.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance across all reporting outputs.
• Document data sources, definitions, and reporting methodologies in accordance with DTCC's data governance standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience with data analysis and data visualization
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• Strong interest in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Sigma, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence tools used within DTCC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing reports for executive audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Flexibility to work APAC shift as needed

About the Team

Clearing & Securities Services group delivers world-class safety and soundness for the global financial services industry. The team provides DTCC's portfolio of core securities business, including Institutional Trade processing and First Line Resilience and Control to facilitate better end-to-end planning and prioritization as well as enable more coordinated and seamless delivery of capabilities and services for our clients.
