The impact you will have in this role:

As a member of the Asset Services team, the Associate Director - Product Manager Insights & Innovation plays a critical role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth across the Asset Services domain. This role focuses on leveraging data and emerging technologies to build foundational capabilities, enhancing client value, and supporting DTCC's broader strategic objectives. You will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and develop strategies that position Asset Services for long-term success in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that advance Asset Servicing's data strategy, including the use of existing data sets and emerging technologies such as blockchain and AI
  • Collaborate with the Data Office and other internal stakeholders to build foundational data capabilities that support future innovation and operational efficiency
  • Lead efforts to identify and evaluate new opportunities for product development and strategic growth within Asset Servicing
  • Navigate a complex, highly regulated environment to drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to support strategic goals and foster innovation
  • Translate business needs into actionable strategies and execution plans, including technology enablement and process optimization
  • Serve as a thought leader in data architecture and strategy, with a working knowledge of platforms such as Snowflake and SQL
  • Evaluate and recommend generative AI platforms, considering their strengths, limitations, and applicability to Asset Services use cases
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives, working with Technology, Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory developments relevant to Asset Servicing and financial services
  • Develop and mentor junior product managers through hands-on guidance, structured feedback and skill-building opportunities to strengthen product management capabilities

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in strategy, product development, or data-driven roles within financial services or a related field
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), and SQL
  • Foundational understanding of reference data in Asset Services
  • Familiarity with generative AI platforms and their application in financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • Track record of leadership of a small, versatile team with an eye towards expansion

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, M365 Copilot (including agents), Excel and Snowflake
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by inspiring others and developing talent
