About the Role

The DEI & Employee Engagement Team is looking for a Program Manager to own and drive inclusive culture strategy and initiatives across DoorDash, Wolt, and our other global partner companies. This role will be responsible for launching and leading programs through process and product optimization, change management & comms, and stakeholder management. This may involve merging programs that exist in pockets into one global program and re-launching them, or conceptualizing and introducing programs from scratch. This role will also provide tactical, day-to-day support for our global slate of ERGs across companies. This role will report to the Head of DEI & Employee Experience and will have the option of being 100% remote within the United States.

  • Design, implement, and own equity-focused programs.
  • Work globally across the 30+ countries in which we operate, and build bridges between colleagues as we continue to grow.
  • Work directly with our global ERG communities to ensure every employee feel they can show up authentically.
  • Develop and deliver detailed program plans, business requirement documents, change management, communication, and post-implementation analysis.
  • Identify and track metrics to measure program adoption and success.
  • Integrate inclusive principles and best practices into all facets of DoorDash business.
  • Deep dive into data to show impact of inclusive culture programs and initiatives on our core business.
  • Productize and/or automate manual processes in the spirit of continuous improvement and optimal efficiency.

We're excited about you because...

  • You have 3+ years of Program Management Experience.
  • You have experience delivering programs in a growing and complex global organization.
  • You are fluent in using AI models or LLMs to streamline workflows and processes.
  • You're adept at analyzing data to determine a course of action, and show real impact/ROI from people programs.
  • You have experience guiding or leading Employee Resource Groups.
  • You are collaborative, establish relationships quickly, and have experience working with multiple cross-functional partners, including leaders.
  • You're comfortable solving open-ended problems and working in ambiguity.
  • You are able to influence without authority.
  • You bring operational excellence to everything you do.

We expect this position to be filled by 11/1/2025.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

See below for paid time off details:

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

$105,400-$155,000 USD
