QA Intern

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating across multiple QA teams and projects, gaining hands-on experience with Windows-based UI apps, SmartTV, mobile and web technologies, and AI-driven QA tools (e.g. LLMs)

• Creating and maintaining QA environment as well as writing and executing automated and manual tests

• Reporting issues through a formal bug tracking system and working with the engineering team to help isolate, debug, and resolve issues/bugs

• Documenting work results on engineering Intranet (Confluence, Jira)

• Working on automated Python test scripts

• Supporting test design and test execution, including system-level validation

Qualifications:

• Python

• Familiarity with Command Line on Windows or Linux

• Good English spoken and written communication skills

• Attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Object-oriented programming skills

• Exposure to AI technologies or LLM-based tools used in software testing

• Experience with AI frameworks or libraries (e.g. LangChain, Hugging Face)

• Appium/ Selenium familiarity

• Familiarity with mobile app development or testing
