About the role

This role sits at the heart of Diageo's vibrant Leven packaging site, one of our most dynamic global hubs. • Enhancing asset performance: Create, implement, and refine maintenance programs that help our equipment run at its very best, empowering teams and optimising utilization.
  • Responding with confidence: Jump into action when plant issues arise, tackling breakdowns with a calm, solutions-focused attitude to minimise downtime and keep momentum on track.
  • Sharing insights: Use SAP to report maintenance outcomes and contribute to the sharing of guidelines, helping to strengthen knowledge and capability across the site.
  • Championing safety and quality: Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and quality, leading by example and ensuring every action reflects our values and our commitment to excellence.

Health and safety aren't just priorities, they're woven into the way we work. In this role, you'll be a trusted guardian of both, ensuring we meet and exceed site and personal KPIs while fostering a culture where everyone feels supported, empowered, and proud to work safely.
