About the Function:
Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world.
With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.
It's fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers' hands, you'll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Coordinator (AM Shift: 6AM - 2PM, Monday to Friday) to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse/operations environment and is committed to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
You will be responsible for:
- Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Use RF scanning (RF gun) to pick, pack, and process orders accurately
- Ensure products/orders are processed correctly and dispatched on time
- Safely operate forklifts in line with site procedures
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Identify and report hazards, damages, or incidents immediately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
Experience / Skills Required:
- Forklift experience is essential (valid license required)
- RF gun/scanner experience is essential
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Good communication skills
