About the Role
The LE Financial Controller is accountable for the accuracy and fair representation of the legal entity financial documents and all the underlying processes that supports the generation of the financial documents at legal entity level.

The LE Financial Controller, as a member of the Financial Controlling Team and the wider regional Finance team:
• Is the lead point of contact for in-market Finance teams on all issues relating to Financial Control of the entities under their control
• Drives the Financial Control agenda for the entities under their control
• Has final responsibility for the timely and quality review and submission of monthly financial documents for group reporting purposes and is actively involved in handling the month-end close process
• Leads all aspects of statutory reporting
• Ensures that the entities are operating in line with the internal control environment and provides mentorship and input to external and internal audits

• Leads and develops a small team of Financial Control accountants.

• 1 - L5C - Statutory Accounting and NAM Holding Company
• 1 - L5C - NBI Finance
The Financial Controlling team is responsible for end-to-end management of the legal entity from accounting and controlling standpoint

• Number of legal entities - 18+ - Corporate, Holding Company and NBI Books
Primary Market Interactions/ Customer Interactions -
• Partner within NAM FC Team - L4 and L5 for FAC, Dividend, Stat Reconciliation etc
• Partner to L4 Corporate FP&A lead in NAM
• Interacts with NAM Regional FD, L3 VP FP&A
• Market/Group Tax and Legal Leads
• Group Reporting and Treasury
• Brand Finance teams across the Markets
• Finance Controllers across market
