About the role:

This is a 6-month secondment position supporting key commercial transformation and reporting initiatives.

The Visualisation Developer connects multiple data sources into clear, actionable reports that drive commercial decision-making.

Reporting to head of commercial transfomration and working closely with a wider team from commercial transformation, RGM, Commercial and Activation teams, the role translates complex data into practical insights, supports performance improvement processes, and ensures high-quality, scalable analytics products.

The position requires strong analytical capability, expertise in visual analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, databricks), advanced SQL skills, and the ability to understand and translate business needs into impactful reporting solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to support commercial performance management
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources (e.g., distributor data, SAP, Excel, external databases)
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and visual analytics solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance across reporting frameworks
• Improve reporting automation and reduce manual workload
• Collaborate with Business Analyst and Commercial Transformation to develop KPI frameworks
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data infrastructure and reporting standards
