About the role

We're building a new Supply Strategy capability at Diageo, and this role provides the analytical engine behind it. As Supply Strategy Analyst, you'll deliver advanced analytics, modelling, market insight and high-quality communication that shape long-term supply strategy and influence senior decision-makers.

This is a role for someone who loves connecting dots. You'll work across demand, supply, commercial, finance, and corporate strategy to spot trends, test scenarios, and translate complexity into simple, powerful insight. You'll help the Enterprise Strategy lead build a joined-up view of the future - from big shifts in market dynamics to the capacity choices we need to make today.

What you'll do

  • Build models to forecast supply/demand trends and test scenarios
  • Apply S-curve, foresight and sensitivity analysis to inform investment choices
  • Track market signals, competitor moves and disruptive risks
  • Turn complex data into clear, executive-ready materials
  • Support communications for Supply Strategy across leadership forums
  • Provide analytical input to Planning & Logistics strategy


What you'll bring
  • Background in analytics, FP&A, data strategy or consulting
  • Strong modelling capability (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, statistical tools)
  • Ability to simplify complexity and craft compelling narratives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Structured thinker with strong analytical judgement
