About the Function
The Diageo Supply Chain and Procurement organisation is responsible for all the liquid production, packaging and transportation of products within Europe and Mexico. Over and above this covers all Supply related global roles including FP&A and CoE, most importantly Global Procurement roles as well.
Finance business partner roles are at the heart of the Finance Operating Model, providing valuable guidance and support to the organization owning the performance agenda including delivery of all financial metrics whilst ensuring a robust control and risk management environment.
About the Role
Main Accountabilities
- Support delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, Extended WC and cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also prepare deck for the related review meetings
- Prepare and submit Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
- Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistencies
- Create accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders
- Support finance processes where business judgement is needed, provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requested

About You
- Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business
- Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred
- 4-5 years experience in relevant area
- Strong accounting experience
- Good accounting knowledge
- Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
- Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage
- Have an excellent understanding of BW, SAP, PowerBI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making
- Fluent English knowledge
