About the role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading initiatives across three primary areas:

1. RTD Hub Capability Enhancement (TPO Focus)

  • Lead and manage projects focused on enhancing the capabilities of the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Hub, specifically to unlock the full potential of Third-Party Operations (TPO).
  • Analyze current RTD TPO processes and identify bottlenecks, efficiency gaps, and opportunities for standardization or optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps and operational improvements that increase flexibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness within the RTD supply chain.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the impact of enhancements on TPO performance and report progress to senior leadership.

2. Supply Innovation: plug-and-play toolkits
  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Supply Innovation CEE to scope, develop, and deliver "plug-and-play" supply chain innovation toolkits.
  • Ensure the toolkits are practical, scalable, and effectively address common supply chain challenges or opportunities for optimization within the region.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for local supply chain teams to ensure successful adoption and sustained use of the delivered toolkits.

3. Reusable Packaging Transition (DACH)
  • Assist the DACH market in advancing its strategic goals towards implementing reusable glass solutions.
  • Project manage the supply chain aspects of this transition, including optimizing logistics, return flows, washing operations, and inventory management for reusable assets.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Procurement, Commercial) and external partners (bottlers, logistics providers) to ensure a smooth, cost-effective, and compliant transition.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to the shift to reusable packaging and track project milestones against sustainability targets.


Experience / skills required:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
    • Strong knowledge of Third-Party Operations (TPO) and contract manufacturing processes.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills.
    • Experience with sustainable packaging initiatives (e.g., reusable systems) is highly desirable.
    • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or other CEE languages is a plus.
  • Attributes: Highly collaborative, strong communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders at various levels, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
