About the position:

The position of Strategy and Transformation Analyst is an important member for the build and monitoring of Diageo Colombia's strategy. The position should become the focal point for supervising the pace of implementation of the transformational projects, and work closely with multifunctional leaders aspiring to become their right hand in strategy-related activities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the design of the Company's long-term strategy by owning the analytical workstreams, synthetizing complex information into clear and actionable insights.
  • Lead the process of translating the strategy into clear priorities and support the organization in structuring projects using agile guidelines.
  • Own the PMO governance process to continuously supervise the pace of implementation to timely identify risks, opportunities and propose mitigation plans.
  • Assist leaders across functions by performing analyses, chipping in to PMO sessions, and providing guidance to guarantee effective execution and achievement of project outcomes.
  • Synthesize information across initiatives to maintain a complete and updated view of strategic progress for senior leadership.


Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to provide structure to ambiguous problems.
  • Proficiency in financial and operational modelling (excel). Experience in PowerBI, Tableau, Python is a plus.
  • Solid communication skills (verbal, written, visual), including the ability to translate insights into executive presentations and recommendations.
  • Experience in PMO or transformation environments tracking progress, coordinating collaborators, driving alignment, and communicating risks/opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional collaborators at different seniority levels.
  • Intermediate understanding financial, business, commercial performance drivers.
  • Desired soft skills: Proactivity/self-starter, Intellectual curiosity, Attention to detail.

Experience:
  • 3-5 Years experience in management consulting is preferred. Experience in finance or PMO with strong analytical and strategic exposure in FMCG companies is also valued.
