About the Function

This newly forming Budapest-based Marketing Operations & MarTech Hub serves as a strategic execution engine for EMEA markets. Working across media, digital, data, content, websites, digital shelf and marketing effectiveness, the team enables consistent, high-quality marketing delivery across the region.

The Hub helps markets scale capabilities, simplify ways of working and continuously improve performance through shared expertise, standardised processes and regional collaboration.
About the Role

Therolewill leadagencies and cross-functional partners to deliver distinctive social-first content, creator partnerships and integrated organic and paid-social activity.

Top Accountabilities

• Lead the social, creator and influencer strategy across the region, translating global direction into locally relevant execution.
• Define social channel, content and creator priorities to drive engagement, relevance and brand growth.
• Partner with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful social-first content and creator collaborations.
• Use social listening, audience insights and performance data to continuously optimize content, creator and investment decisions.
• Drive integration of organic, creator and paid social activities, ensuring alignment with broader brand and media plans.
• Champion best practices, governance, compliance and innovation, including the use of AI and automation to enhance marketing effectiveness.

About You

• 8+ years of experience in social media, creator marketing, content or digital marketing, ideally across multiple markets.
• Proven track record in developing social and creator strategies that drive brand and business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, community engagement and paid social integration.
• Experience working with creators, influencers and agency partners, from strategy through execution and performance measurement.
• Ability to use data, insights and experimentation to optimize content and investment decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations.
