About the role:

To identify high-potential candidates for the Manufacturing Excellence (ManEx) role who can drive operational improvements, embrace digital transformation, and evolve into broader manufacturing leadership roles.

Screening Questions for Recruitment Team

A. Attitude & Ownership

  • Tell us about a time you took ownership of a manufacturing issue and resolved it.
  • Describe a situation where you had to step outside your comfort zone to achieve a goal.

B. Technical & Methodology Knowledge
  • What is your understanding of TPM and how have you applied it?
  • How have you used Six Sigma principles to solve a manufacturing problem?
  • Share an example of a data-driven decision you made on the shop floor.

C. Digital & Automation Mindset
  • Have you led or contributed to any automation or digitalization initiatives?
  • What tools or technologies have you used to reduce costs or improve efficiency?

D. Problem Solving & Analytics
  • Describe a complex manufacturing problem you solved using data analytics.
  • How do you approach root cause analysis for recurring issues?

Experience / skills required:

Education

Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical; Electrical acceptable)

Experience

1-2 years of hands-on exposure in a manufacturing site

Can-do, will-do attitude; automation and digital-first thinking

Proven ability to improve metrics like cost, efficiency, and automation
