Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a comprehensive Shopper Marketing strategy that aligns with overall brand objectives and market trends.
- Responsible for the development of all BTL (Below The Line) toolkits and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for their brand, ensuring alignment with the Marketing Business Plan (MBP).
- Take ownership of the Performance, Ambition, and Review (PAR) inputs for the MBP, ensuring accuracy and relevance collaborating efficiently with in market commercial teams.
- Partner with Brand Managers on brand performance metrics (Product Management Review/Business Plan Management/Strategic Business Review) /Manage agency relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
- Facilitate Cross Functional Team meetings, effectively managing stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing to track and monitor the progress and effectiveness of BTL plans and campaigns, optimizing where necessary.
- Continuously explore innovative approaches to enhance shopper engagement and sales, employing insights and feedback from trade.
- Manage the non-working budget for all BTL initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and increasing return on investment.
- Maintain oversight of the BTL activity calendar, coordinating with Customer Marketing to ensure alignment and timely execution of all planned activities.

Experience / skills required:
- 5 years + experience in marketing in IPS (International Premium Spirits) and/or FMCG/Luxury good categories. Candidates should have had similar roles in peer companies.
- Proactively defines and communicates growth opportunities. Takes the lead in understanding consumer and market contexts. Finds opportunities and threats for brands across short and long-term horizons. Effectively communicates these insights.
- Consumer Insight: Actively seeks innovative methods to engage with consumers by delving deeper into their motivations and understanding their evolving needs.
- Developing plans: Builds strong plans and briefs based on a detailed understanding of consumers and market trends, with a clear focus on promoting balanced growth.
- Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E): Guides the business in identifying and prioritizing impactful growth drivers while discontinuing less effective strategies, ensuring resource allocation is aligned with strategic objectives.
