• Lead professionals are individual contributors
• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market
• Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
• Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Impacts achievement of activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
• Confidently explains complex, difficult and/or sensitive information; works to build consensus Net Revenue Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own GTM strategy end-to-end for the assigned markets
• Coordinate with Cluster teams and prepare the BTL plans for the month in line with NRM principles.
• Ensure all spend and budgeting plans in line with BTL policy
• Ensure Provisioning and Settlement as per policy/guidelines
• Prepare robust BTL M&E/Spend analytics: Improve spend efficiency through action oriented insights
• Training on NRM to field team as and when required Ongoing project
• Partner with HO on the IT solution for end to end BTL Management process

Ideal profile:

• 7-8 years of work experience.
• MBA in Finance or Analytics
• Experience in Sales and Marketing Function would be an added advantage.
• Premium B School will be an advantage.
• Experience in preferably FMCG/Alcobev preferred
