About the Role

Top Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Amazon 1P relationship in Germany, driving joint business plans, growth initiatives and marketplace investment.
- Take full P&L accountability for the 1P Marketplace sub-channel in Germany, including forecasting, commercial planning, reporting, and management of the financial plan.
- Build and lead collaborative plans with Sales, Customer Marketing and RGM squads to unlock incremental revenue, return on investment and cultural transformation.
- Turn data into growth: analyze important metrics, spot trends and improve conversion performance across the marketplace.
- Test, learn and scale bold digital marketing and advertising activations that grow traffic, conversion and brand love.
- Act as an internal e-commerce champion, inspiring cross-functional partners and driving simplicity and impact.
About You
- Proven Amazon sales ownership as a Key Account Manager (1P customer or KAM role)
- Commercial operator skilled in JBP negotiation, forecasting and budget ownership
- Analytical mindset, confident turning KPIs into growth and conversion wins
- Creative at activating premium brands in digital retail
- Strong communicator who aligns cross functional partners behind shared goals
- Delivers results with pace, comfortable in matrix environments
- Great teammate who builds strong networks and navigates ambiguity with confidence
- Fluent in English
