Purpose of the role:

Act as the owner of assigned brand(s), owning brand growth, market performance and the end-to-end consumer journey. Translate consumer, shopper and cultural understanding into outstanding activation, execution and commercial results.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver brand P&L, growth, market share, brand health and ROI targets across assigned brands and portfolio segments within the rum category.
  • Own execution of the end-to-end consumer and shopper journey, bringing global growth drivers and innovation pipeline to life through locally relevant activation.
  • Translate consumer, shopper and cultural insights into breakthrough activation plans that drive recruitment, penetration and loyalty.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Supply, Finance and Consumer & Shopper Insights teams to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Monitor business performance and optimise investment effectiveness to maximise commercial outcomes.

  • Commercial and Financial Acumen & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Digital and AI literacy

About you:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • At least 5-7 years of marketing, commercial or FMCG experience, with a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns and business results.
  • Demonstrated brilliant execution to impeccably high standards and a deep personal accountability for great performance
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills - must have sufficient gravitas to present to and influence at a senior level
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain genuine relationships based on mutual trust & respect
