About the Role

Purpose of the Role

The Senior Brand Manager bridges Global brand strategy, Regional priorities, and local market needs to drive sustainable growth across the EEME region. Through strategic leadership and influencing distributor partners, the role translates brand and portfolio objectives into impactful market actions, ensuring strong commercial and brand performance.

Top Accountabilities

• Lead the growth agenda for assigned strategic brands, translating Global and Regional priorities into market growth opportunities.
• Develop consumer-led brand strategies that drive recruitment, premiumisation, penetration and long-term brand equity.
• Influence and challenge distributor partners to deliver high-quality marketing execution, investment decisions and business performance.
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Customer Marketing, RGM, Finance and Insights teams to align brand and commercial priorities.
• Shape investment allocation and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness based on performance and business outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with Global, Regional and distributor stakeholders to drive alignment and sustainable growth across markets.

About You

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in Marketing, Commercial or FMCG environments.
• Proven track record of driving brand growth and delivering commercial results.
• Experience leading brands, portfolios or complex multi-market initiatives.
• Strong consumer, cultural and commercial acumen, with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience managing marketing investments and evaluating effectiveness and ROI.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, distributors and agency partners in a matrix environment.
• Strong digital, data and AI literacy, with a passion for applying new capabilities to drive marketing effectiveness.
