About the role

The Senior Brand Manager operates within EEME's distributor-led business model, connecting Global brand strategy and Regional portfolio priorities with the realities and growth opportunities of individual markets.

Top Accountabilities

• Lead the market growth agenda for strategic brands or portfolio, translating Global and Regional direction into locally relevant growth strategies and priorities.
• Shape key market choices across consumers, portfolio, investment and activation to build brand equity and deliver sustainable commercial growth.
• Lead and influence distributor partners, setting direction, challenging plans and strengthening capabilities to drive outstanding execution.
• Align consumer strategy, investment and execution priorities across internal and external stakeholders to maximize long-term brand and business value.

About You

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in Marketing, Commercial or FMCG environments.
• Proven track record of driving brand growth and delivering commercial results.
• Experience leading brands, portfolios or complex multi-market initiatives.
• Strong consumer, cultural and commercial acumen, with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience managing marketing investments and evaluating effectiveness and ROI.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, distributors and agency partners in a matrix environment.
• Strong digital, data and AI literacy, with a passion for applying new capabilities to drive marketing effectiveness.
