Purpose of Role

Our Sales Associate is more than a retail colleague - they are a Brand Ambassador who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role requires a strategic sales mindset, willingness to learn, and a passion for building relevant relationships with a global and high-net-worth clientele.

Top Accountabilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by greeting, listening and exceeding client expectations.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge across spirits, beer, wine and non-alcoholic categories, including brand heritage and storytelling.
  • Expertly deliver tastings, masterclasses and experiential moments to bring brands to life.
  • Drive commercial performance through effective cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Build, maintain and utilise CRM/client books to drive repeat visits and customer dedication.
  • Support achievement of individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain strong operational standards including POS accuracy and stock management.
  • Support visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain outstanding personal presentation according to luxury expectations.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Proven experience in retail, hospitality, luxury or customer-facing sales roles.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a collaborative team approach.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for luxury drinks and experiential retail.
  • Professional, reliable and highly organised.
  • Comfortable using POS, CRM and retail technology systems.
  • Strong storytelling ability, High attention to detail
