Role Purpose:
The RTC & Digital Transformation Executive supports the RTC and Digital Transformation Manager in deploying Route to Consumer projects into markets and to ensure an outstanding digital shopping experience, increasing the value generation of our commercialization for eB2C channels. The role should be an active part in the arrangement and implementation of Route to Consumer projects, while including digital shopping in an agile and consistent way through eB2C channels. The RTC & Digital Transformation Executive is responsible for establishing and maintaining the communication with Distributors and key partners, executing the commercial plans, managing assigned budget and measuring the results for route to consumer projects and digital commercialization channels, ensuring that Diageo is ahead of the competitive set, as well as increasing the coverage of our portfolio to improve its commercialization.
Responsibilities:
- The RTC & Digital Transformation Executive will be responsible for market share, new buyers' recruitment, execution score and sell out amongst digital platforms and clients. Will work close to Media Manager and RTC & Digital Transformation Team to develop digital capabilities and deliver an outstanding digital execution.
- Will oversee the execution of the activation calendar and commercial plan, ensuring its completion within the Cycle Planning and Briefing process and supports evaluation/learning back into the wider business.
- The RTC & Digital Transformation Executive will support the RTC & Digital Transformation Manager on the execution of the Route To Consumer project pipeline projects that applies to their markets in scope (DR & PR), working with Commercial Teams to ensure implementation of business transformations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required in Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales,customer marketing, trade marketing or e-commerce areas with specific experience of distributor-based businesses, CPG o or retail.
• Digital platforms execution experience with transactional responsibilities or online trade marketing development.
• Skills to work with customers and distributors in negotiation and follow up of plans.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively internally and externally with good influential and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work around and within a variety of different market conditions and demographic factors.
• Strong analytical, presentation and project management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, curious, creative, tenacious with commercial drive and digital curiosity.
• Ability to track and manage budget.
• Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capable of taking initiative, ownership, and accountability for the business.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Spanish and English proficient.
