Role Purpose

Lead and grow the business across the Greater Shanghai Region, including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui. Drive sales performance, strengthen customer and distributor partnerships, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth

  • Deliver regional sales, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans.
  • Identify and capture growth opportunities across channels and customers.

Customer & Distributor Management
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Drive excellent execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure effective distributor performance and market coverage.

Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team.
  • Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability.
  • Support talent development and succession planning.

Market Development
  • Expand distribution and visibility across key cities and channels.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and other functions to deliver business goals.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven field sales experience, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
  • Strong experience in FMCG, premium consumer goods, beverage, luxury, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing distributors.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Results-oriented and commercially driven.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Effective team leader and coach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability.
  • Willingness to travel within the Greater Shanghai Region as required.
