About the role:

The Production Manager at the Suma & ENA production facility in Tarsus/Mersin is responsible for the end-to-end management of production operations. This role demands strategic leadership to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production while maintaining strong relationships with unionized labor and optimizing operational performance.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production process from raw material intake to finished goods.
  • Build and maintain high performing team and develop and mentor engineers and technical staff
  • Manage unionized workforce effectively, ensuring compliance with collective agreements.
  • Ensure production targets are met in terms of safety, quality, volume and cost, and.
  • Optimize production schedules to maximize plant capacity and reduce downtime.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs for production efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to align production with customer requirements.
  • Use digital tools and data analytics to optimize daily output and minimize waste.
  • Manage unionized workforce effectively, ensuring compliance with collective agreements.


Experience / skills required:

• Minimum 10 years of related experience

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

• Mainly experience in Production and Manufacturing; maintenance experience is a nice-to-have

• Strong people & performance management and team-building skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making

• Understanding of beverage production, quality control, and flavor consistency

• Understanding of CAPEX, OPEX, and ROI in manufacturing
