Leadership Responsibility

  • Lead the commercial management of the called of universe accounts in Provinces.
  • Align business plans together with clients according to the needs of both parties acting as a strategic partners.
  • Lead the definition of commercial plans JBP, with the main operators, clients, assigned to the portfolio.
  • Build outstanding relationships with the owners and staff at each assigned location.
  • Develop the distribuitor´s sales force to generate greater closeness and develop relationship with client.
  • Develop the activation plan in conjunction with the CP&A team.
  • Align with the activation plan by coordinating and supervising the execution in conjunction with the BTL agency.
  • Complete 100% of the minimum execution standards according to the defined segmentation of the on trade channel.
  • Provide solutions to clients needs in administrative issues (Coding, signing, contracts, po´s, billing, etc)
  • Responsible for the DBA agenda at the location in its portfolio, and for developing a team of 2 people based in Trujillo and Piura.


Key Outputs/Deliverables
  • Generate growth and constant evolution in the assigned client portfolio in business metrics such as: Volume, NSV, Coverage, GM.
  • Analyze on a monthly basis the performance (Sell out, M&E) of the brands and categories in their clients.
  • Responsible forsupervisingg DBA metrics.


Qualifications and Experience Required

Collage Graduate preferred in the careers of business administration, marketing and related careers with minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in similar positions in FMCG companies.
  • Managing third party relationships; outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Intermediate level (English).
  • Project and budget management.
  • Track record of success in of generating excellent results.
  • Knowledge of the market and the consumer.
  • Analitycal skills
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to work across areas


Considerations:
  • The role is located in Trujillo, Peru.
  • This role requires traveling across Peru.
  • Desirable to have a car.
  • This role requires availability to visit clients during the night.
