About the Program

About the Roles

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Scotch Marketing Team in campaign execution, brand performance analysis, innovation projects, and data consolidation to help drive better business decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on real initiatives for some of the world's leading brands, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop hands-on experience in Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights, Performance Management, and Innovation.

• Support the execution of brand campaigns across different channels.
• Track campaign performance KPIs and Marketing & Execution (M&E) metrics.
• Assist with budget tracking and reporting.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Support innovation projects by gathering and consolidating relevant information.
• Assist the team with Performance Management reporting and analysis.
• Lead a specific marketing project within the Scotch Brands team.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Innovation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using digital tools and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to improve productivity and analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is preferred.
