About the Diageo Luxury

The Diageo Luxury is a new division that brings together Diageo's most prestigious assets from high end spirits, rare spirits and luxury innovation to brand homes and private client services.

With iconic and world class brands like Johnnie Walker, Singleton, Don Julio, high-end classic malts and rare malts, also opportunity to drive offering program for exclusive access to collectible single casks from Scotland's most historic distilleries.

As part of this growth, we are looking for passionate, high-performing talent in Indonesia to lead our luxury business development efforts and build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), brand partnership, community-based partnerships in the Indonesian market.

What does this role look like for you?

About The Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and manage relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals in Indonesia.
  • Understand the unique needs and preferences of HNWI clients and tailor sales strategies to meet these needs effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HNWI segment, contributing to the growth of our brands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product specialists, to create customized solutions for HNWI clients.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
  • Organize and host exclusive events and tastings to engage HNWI clients and showcase our luxury brands.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on HNWI client activities and preferences to the sales leadership team.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
  • Direct to client sales experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury goods or premium beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with HNWI clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the luxury market dynamics.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • A self-starter with a passion for luxury brands and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
