We are seeking experienced Storehouse Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering best in class customer service and demonstrating a strong passion for working in the hospitality industry. The purpose of the role is to act as a Guinness Ambassador, to be welcoming and engaging with Guinness Storehouse visitors and ensure they receive courteous, friendly, and professional assistance always.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Superstar!

  • Bring your positive energy and make every customer feel like a VIP from the first hello to last goodbye!
  • Provide fast, friendly, and fantastic service-making sure every need is met with a smile.
  • Address any issues or concerns with care and professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.


Operational Excellence
  • Be part of an amazing team that brings the magic of the Guinness Storehouse to life by championing our Core Standards and creating magic moments for every visitor.
  • Share your passion by guiding visitors through the art of tasting and pouring Guinness, delivering engaging orientations, and hosting interactive experiences with confidence.
  • Represent the Guinness proudly as an ambassador.
  • Serve up quality and care by following all responsible alcohol service guidelines and maintaining top-notch standards behind the scenes.
  • Help us keep the Storehouse safe, clean, and welcoming by following health and safety best practices every day.


Qualifications:
  • Leaving Cert or equivalent
  • Fluent English Speaker, 2nd language highly desirable - French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Chinese
  • Must have experience in public speaking/entertaining/performing.
  • Must have 1 years' experience working with customers face to face in hospitality/ tourism/bars.
