About the function

The Visitor Experience team at the Guinness Storehouse is responsible for delivering world-class visitor experiences in one of Ireland's leading tourist attractions, bringing the Guinness brand story to life for millions of guests each year.

About the role

As a Guinness Storehouse Assistant, you will act as a Guinness ambassador, delivering exceptional, engaging, and memorable experiences for visitors. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service while supporting the delivery of premium brand experiences.

Role responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued
  • Guide visitors through tasting, pouring, and interactive brand experiences
  • Host engaging orientations and presentations with confidence
  • Uphold operational excellence, including health, safety, and service standards
  • Represent the Guinness brand with pride and integrity
  • Support a clean, safe, and inclusive environment for all visitors


Experience / skills required

We'd love to work with you if you have:
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to groups
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A positive, energetic, and team-focused approach
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of roles and schedules
  • Additional languages are desirable but not essential
