We are legal authorities who understand the complex laws surrounding our business and beloved brands. Our legal team handles a range of legal challenges from Corporate Ownership and Intellectual Property to Mergers & Acquisitions and Compliance.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Legal Area, this manager will have strong legal expertise applicable to business operations, addressing contractual and advisory demands from HUBs comprising the Marketing Directorate structure such as Innovation, Luxury, and Ready-to-Drink (RTDs) products.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid knowledge in Contract Law with involvement in multidisciplinary projects (experience working with cross-functional teams), experience acting as a business partner.
- Strong interpersonal relationships with clear communication skills since they will represent legal interests within business areas.
- Ease in establishing links and teamwork.
- Good priority management with assertiveness in guidance/recommendations.
- Legal education with valid OAB certification.
- Advanced English proficiency.
DESIRABLE:
- Knowledge in Regulatory Law (MAPA, Anvisa, etc.).
- Experience in Legal Marketing (CONAR).
