About the Function
The Europe Financial Controlling team is a key part of the Controller's Group, responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant and transparent financial reporting across multiple European markets. The team oversees financial accounting, statutory reporting and internal controls, ensuring alignment with IFRS, internal policies and local regulations. Working closely with Global Business Operations, Finance teams and external auditors, the team supports timely month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing cycles. By maintaining a strong control environment and consistent processes, the team contributes to reliable financial results, effective risk management and a high-quality finance organization.

About the role
Top Accountabilities
- Participate in the month-end close process by preparing schedules, performing data quality checks, entering month-end journal postings, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial and statutory records.
- Support year-end statutory adjustments, transfer pricing activities and other compliance-related reporting requirements, including broader financial controlling process support.
- Work closely with RTR and other finance teams to resolve issues, clarify discrepancies and ensure consistency of financial data.
- Prepare ad-hoc statistical, financial and tax-related reports to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and contribute to strong internal controls across reporting processes.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related field (or equivalent relevant experience in finance or accounting)
- Strong analytical and skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data handling) and willingness to develop further technical capabilities
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage deadlines and work independently when needed
- Good communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders across finance teams
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with curiosity to understand processes and improve them
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
