- Prepare AOP planning system
- Locally required process specific report preparation: regular
- Provide input - Create final comparative analysis report (vs AOP, LY) & highlight O&Rs with commentary
- Support Internal Audit - CARM/GAR
- Collect/add review comments to the main FS and PL schedules also compete the key account estimates and judgements section
- Contact relevant teams to perform required actions e.g. corrections, journals and supporting documents, further analyises etc.
- Follow up agreed actions of the FSR meeting by the agreed deadline
- Organise FSR meeting Manual journals - collect input and calculate journal entries TI KPIs - Discuss results and actions with stakeholders, drive resolution
- Systems reconciliation and data cleaning work
- Clear BFC Validation Errors beween Advance Publish and Standard Publish
- BFC vs SAP reconciliation report Implement regulatory changes in the local reporting.
- Manage Financial Director review and approval.
- Prepare statutory financial statements.
- Provide necessary documentation,workings and explanations for audit queries.
- Publish financial statements. Track issues, co-ordinate with and support service providers for resolution incl. documentation and review
- Make audit adjustments to the statutory financial statements.
- Manage dividend payment related accounting entries
- Manage review of financial data for statutory adjustments.
- Prepare and post TP adjustments in SAP
- FC Process related support and issue resolution
- Report preparation for decision support: ad-hoc requests ( process specific)
- Provide support to global projects - TAX process specific
- Prepare tax return for submission
