About the Role
Role Title: Enterprise Architect - Consumer
Team: Enterprise Architecture
Context:
Diageo Digital & Technology (D&T) is a multi-functional global shared services function designed to enhance effectiveness and efficiency across our core operations, thereby achieving our productivity goals. We drive market growth by focusing on new capabilities, consistent analytics, and integrated solutions.
Within D&T, Diageo's "Enterprise Architecture" group serves to
• Create the vision for Diageo's connected universe; building roadmaps to fuel growth in our business through enterprise-scale technologies
• Be Diageo's internal tech consultants, partnering with our business colleagues to create strategic plans to remain ahead of the competition
• Be trailblazers in Diageo's adoption of emerging technologies - developing pilots to create innovative solutions for the problems faced by our business
For marketing technology, we have recently brought together our digital marketeers and our technology teams into one organisation ("Consumer Digital Transformation" team which acts as a MarTech run and transform team). They are organised into 5 engines for transformative growth:
• Scale Reach (Covering Media, Media operations and Community & Social)
• Connected Content (including content creation and centralised hubs)
• Connected Commerce (our websites, D2C and B2C capabilities and our Brand Homes)
• Analytics Effectiveness (Marketing Investment optimisation and analytical decision making)
• Connected Data (our CDP Consumer Data Platform, CRM and associated activations)
• undefined
The Consumer Enterprise Architect sits outside of MarTech, and is accountable to connect the MarTech capabilities to the wider Diageo enterprise services, ensuring we jointly drive repeatable scalable services.
