We are launching the EU Media & Digital Centre (EMDC) - a bold step forward in how we deliver marketing across Europe. This team will be the centre of executional excellence for Media, Content, CRM, Data, Websites and Effectiveness - enabling our brand and category leaders to move faster, work smarter, and connect more meaningfully with consumers.
Spanning locations across Europe and working as part of the Global Consumer Digital Team, the EMDC brings together specialist talent in AI-powered media planning, data-driven creative, performance content, and precision CRM - all in service of delivering world-class experiences for our brands, at scale and with speed.

What you'll be doing:
As a Data Acquisition Manager, you'll be at the heart of delivering dynamic, first-party data campaigns across Europe. From building gamified experiences and campaign pages to crafting email marketing activations, you'll work hands-on with cutting-edge tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Qualifio, Content Management Systems (CMS) and our Consumer Data Platforms (CDP) amongst others. You'll collaborate with brand and shopper marketing teams to bring campaigns to life; on time, on spec, and with impact.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data, creativity, and optimisation. You'll test, learn, and refine campaigns, ensure data is clean and compliant, and report performance to stakeholders, scaling success across brands and markets.

1. Campaign Development and Execution
- Collaborate with brand and shopper marketing teams to deliver engaging first-party data campaigns across European markets, ensuring each campaign is delivered on time, to specification, and with full sign-off and approval.
- Brief agencies on creative requirements aligned with brand guidelines, toolkits, and UX standards to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all touchpoints.
- Build campaign pages, data capture forms, gamified experiences, and email marketing activations using tools such as SFMC, Qualifio, CMS and our CDP.
2. Test, Learn and Optimise
- Continuously test different offers, copy, imagery, and layout to identify what drives the strongest first-party data acquisition results.
- Apply learnings to optimise campaign performance across markets and touchpoints.
- Report campaign insights and performance metrics to key stakeholders to inform future planning and share successes that can be scaled across brands and markets.
3. Data Ingestion and Compliance
- Ensure all captured data is accurately mapped to the CDP, with complete and correctly structured fields to support activation.
- Maintain high standards of data hygiene, ensuring the data is rich, reliable, and compliant with GDPR and internal privacy policies.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and QA processes to validate data flows, field mapping, and secure ingestion before campaign launch.
What you'll have:
Marketing Technology Expertise
Proficiency in platforms such as Qualifio, SFMC, EDS and CDP to build, optimise, and activate first-party data campaigns and consumer experiences.
Data Management Skills
Strong understanding of data forms, flows, and ingestion processes, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and database growth. Working knowledge of HTML and SQL is a plus.
Briefing & Communication
Ability to write clear, effective briefs for agencies and ensure best-in-class creative delivery. Confident communicator with stakeholders across markets, brands, and agency teams.
Detail-Oriented Execution
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all campaigns are executed to a high standard, fully compliant with GDPR, and optimised for a seamless user experience.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Over 2+ years of experience in CRM or digital marketing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related technology discipline.
- Additional certifications in marketing technology platforms considered a bonus.
