About the Function
Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo's 30,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. About the role

As the Customer Supply Lead, you will support the Eastern Europe supply function within a critical role to drive operational excellence in line with the Eastern Europe strategy.

Role Responsibilities
TOP ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Supporting Supply Chain Director & Demand Planning Manager on Supply Agenda-Operations.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs to identify areas of improvements and drive performance enhancements.
- Undertaking strategical projects and then driving implementation with energy and determination
- Executing projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain sustainability agenda to promote adherence to environmental standards and reduce carbon footprint
- Exploring new route to markets to optimize the supply chain operations and reduce lead times
- Supporting Inventory optimization by market utilizing the inventory target setting model to identify further opportunities and actions plans to generate for Cash as well as improving Service.
- Partnering with Commercial & Marketing Teams, driving business ambitions with the Global Supply Organizations
- Promoting internal collaboration culture between Supply and Commercial functions
- Interacting with all the functions involved in managing a complex global supply chain network from raw materials to finished products and third-party distribution.
- Supporting the execution of short-term and long-term business plans in relation to innovation, sales, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Full ownership of partners agenda from Supply perspective. This involved working closely with key international players to build and sustain customer collaboration processes, supporting with issue resolution and driving overall supply efficiencies and generating value to both Diageo and Distributors.
Ideal experiences / Qualifications / capabilities
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain Planning (Demand or Supply)
- Demonstrated ability to run diverse teams and lead and influence partners across an organization.
- Track record of performance delivery.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation and communication skills.
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with an ability to anticipate, effectively prioritise and progress workload.
