About the Function
This newly forming Budapest-based Marketing Operations & MarTech Hub serves as a strategic execution engine for EMEA markets. Working across media, digital, data, content, websites, digital shelf and marketing effectiveness, the team enables consistent, high-quality marketing delivery across the region.
The Hub helps markets scale capabilities, simplify ways of working and continuously improve performance through shared expertise, standardised processes and regional collaboration.
About the Role
The Regional Content Operations Lead manages content planning and delivery across assigned categories and markets, ensuring efficient, high-quality execution through regional content studios. Acting as the key link between market teams and agency partners, the role optimizes content reuse, prioritizes high-value requests and ensures assets are delivered on time and ready for deployment across markets.
Top Accountabilities
- Manage content demand and delivery for assigned categories, with a primary focus on adapting GBT assets for market use.
- Review and clarify briefs from markets and brand teams, challenging unclear, duplicated or low-value asks and improving briefing quality over time.
- Check for reuse before production and decide the most efficient route: reuse, GBT asset adaptation, Pencil/AI production, agency production or new-to-world only where truly needed.
- Translate market needs into clear agency briefs, including assets, formats, mandatories, timelines, approval needs, delivery route and creative direction.
- Guide the agency on workflows, templates, production approach and adaptation requirements, reviewing outputs where needed to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Track status, risks and missing inputs through the Planning & Briefing Platform, escalating issues and ensuring final assets are ready for approval, storage, tagging and reuse.
- 6+ years of experience in content, creative or marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of content production, adaptation and asset management.
- Experience managing agencies, stakeholders and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to balance quality, speed and cost efficiency in content delivery.
- Familiarity with DAM, content planning and AI-powered content tools.
- Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
