What will your role be?

This is a 6-month contract opportunity within our Corporate Relations team, focused on delivering high-quality internal communications and supporting executive engagement across Diageo Australia.

This role is hands-on and execution focused. You will drive the internal communications calendar, partner closely with our Executive Leadership Team to shape messaging, and ensure our people are connected to our strategy, performance and culture.

With external communications handled by agency partners, you will focus on operational excellence. You will deliver timely, engaging communications that uphold high service standards in the market and support business momentum.

What does this role look like for you?

  • Lead the planning and execution of internal communications across multiple channels
  • Develop executive messaging, town hall materials and leadership communications
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned to our Growth Ambition and performance priorities
  • Manage internal platforms including newsletters and intranet content
  • Coordinate communications across global, regional and local stakeholders
  • Support delivery of Society and Sustainability communications internally
  • Provide structured, disciplined execution to maintain strong service levels in market


What will you bring to the table?
  • Experience in corporate communications or agency
  • Strong writing capability with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders
  • High attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced FMCG environment
  • Collaborative, proactive and solutions focused approach
