About the role:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy for the UAE casino channel, including Wynn pre-opening and future integrated resorts.

• Build and execute customer propositions tailored for casino environments across gaming floors, VIP lounges, suites, entertainment venues, and signature bars.

• Secure multi-year pouring agreements, visibility programs, and on-menu integration for Diageo's premium portfolio.

• Establish and manage relationships with senior on-trade decision makers: beverage directors, F&B executives, mixology leads, procurement teams, and VIP program managers.

• Lead the joint business planning process, including commercial negotiations, A&P allocation, and investment optimization.

• Ensure best-in-class execution providing direction on coverage, service model, forecasting, and stock availability.

• Develop and manage an annual commercial and activation calendar for casino partners, ensuring alignment across portfolio, channels, and S&OP commitments.

• Partner with advocacy teams to deliver world-class bartender training, mixology standards, and luxury service rituals.

• Provide clear KPIs and performance tracking across distribution, visibility, volume, NSV, and share objectives.

• Operate with a strong compliance mindset, working within regulatory requirements associated with casino and integrated resort operations.

• Scan the market for trends and competitive insights, shaping Diageo's long-term casino strategy.

Experience / skills required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial, luxury hospitality, integrated resorts, or casino operations.
  • Experience with global casino brands (Wynn, MGM, Venetian, Caesars, Marina Bay Sands, Macau operators) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success in premium on-trade, hotel chains, nightlife groups, or luxury F&B environments.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and persuasive selling skills with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical capability, financial understanding, and forecasting discipline.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with high-end customers and VIP-focused environments.
  • Experience with pre-opening hospitality operations is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain pace in a fast-evolving channel.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial objectives in competitive and premium environments.
