About the Role

• Lead professionals are individual contributors
• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own subject area and basic knowledge of related fields
• Has knowledge of standard processes and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market
• Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
• Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Impacts achievement of activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
• Confidently explains complex, difficult and/or sensitive information; works to build consensus

Human Resource Operations Job Family Description:
Roles in this job family provide human resource services and run processes which support workers and managers with a focus on customer service. They use technology in their day to day activities to enable those processes and work with high degree of accuracy to provide documents, update data, advise on policy and run processes.
