Job Title: Assistant Manager FP&A Analyst

About the team: 
- Management Reporting
- Prepare & support team with P&L cause of change, different lines of businesses
 - Engage with extended business finance teams to understand business events & triggers
 - Analyze actuals v. outlook & prepare scorecard for leadership
 
 - Statutory Reporting
- Prepare quarterly report templates for analysis of Standalone & Consolidated P&L
 - Coordinate with Reporting, Treasury, Tax, Working Capital teams to prepare board presentation template
 
 - Transformation Initiatives

- Support development, testing & migration of ongoing transformation projects
 - Simplify, identify & initiate areas to automate month-close & management reporting activities
 
- Support P&L leads in preparing database for full year outlook
 - Consolidate inputs on business drivers, commodity rates, sales outlook etc. from business finance teams
 - Prepare P&L structure & cause of change
 
Stakeholders:
- VP Finance Planner & Controller , Finance Controller team , Business Partners
 
Profile of Candidate:
- Chartered accountant - Inter, B. Com
 
Must Have:
- Understanding of P&L structure
 - Ability to collaborate with multiple teams
 - Working knowledge of excel & PowerPoint
