Sr. Director, Product Delivery - Intelligent Automation & Backend
The Senior Director of Product Delivery is responsible for enterprise product strategy and portfolio-level investment direction across multiple products and capabilities. This role sets the strategic direction, defines enterprise investment themes, and establishes governance that ensures business vision is translated into coherent product priorities, portfolio roadmaps, and measurable value delivery. Operating at an enterprise level, this leader partners with executive stakeholders to shape enterprise priorities, to shape funding alignment and to drive transformation across people, process, and technology. The role provides single threaded accountability for enterprise product outcomes, from strategic intent through realized business outcomes, while empowering Product and Delivery leaders to own product-level roadmaps, backlogs, and execution.

Qualifications:
- 12+ years w/Bachelor's degree; 3+ years management
- Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of education or degree
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field • 10-15 years of experience in product mangement, business strategy, portfolio strategy or strategic transformation • 5+ years of experience leading senior leaders and operating within a scaled Agile environment and/or complex delivery ecosystem • Enterprise portfolio or capability strategy ownership across multiple domains and products • Experience maturing products and driving measurable enterprise business outcomes • Healthcare experience preferred

Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
Pay Grade 25. $140,700 - $305,000
