Work you'll do:
As a UKG Pro HCM/WFM Suite Solution Senior Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:
- Optimize and Sustain UKG Pro HCM (modules including People Center, Pay, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Compensation and Performance) and UKG Pro WFM (modules including Timekeeping, Basic & Advanced Scheduling, Attendance & accruals, Attestation, Activities and analytics) with a lens toward architecting a sustainment solution for the client, considering the technology stack of the platform(s) and up and downstream systems.
- Work with top brands for healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries.
- Working in the full lifecycle of a UKG Pro HCM and WFM project or workstream including Business Analysis, System Configuration, Design, Testing, enhancements and optimizing the application for improved performance and user experience.
- Working with the team in requirements gathering, facilitating client meetings on integrations, reporting & analytics.
- Take responsibility for delivering work and managing/reviewing the work effort of team.
- Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4 years of UKG experience with proficiency in one or more UKG Pro HCM modules (such as People Center, Pay, Benefits, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Compensation, and Performance) or UKG Pro WFM modules (such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, and Analytics) with experience in the underlying UKG technology stack.
- 4+ years of experience working in the full lifecycle of a UKG Pro HCM or WFM project or workstream including Business Analysis, System Configuration, Design and Testing
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading requirements-gathering workshops or facilitating meetings, with a proven ability to deliver effective solutions.
- Ability to travel 10 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of external Consulting Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 6 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and developing client-ready PowerPoint presentations for executive-level audiences.
- 4+ years of experience in other HRIS Implementations
- 4+ years of UKG Pro HR, Payroll, Talent, or WFM, technical & processes that support the architecture
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
