As the Sustainability AI Lead - Sr Product Manager, you will own the value and viability of AI-enabled sustainability products within the Innovation & Delivery Transformation portfolio. You will guide empowered, cross-functional teams to solve complex client problems, from vision through execution, and deliver measurable outcomes that align to business strategy. You will embed AI and GenAI into the roadmap, leverage analytics for insights, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver valuable, usable, and feasible solutions.
Work you'll do
- As a Sustainability AI Lead - Sr Product Manager on the Innovation & Delivery Transformation team, you will be responsible for driving AI-enabled sustainability product outcomes end to end.
- You will lead integration of AI across sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategy and measurable impact.
- You will own product vision, strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and P&L accountability, continuously measuring outcomes to inform future investments.
- You will drive user research and competitive analysis; enable direct engagement between teams, users, and stakeholders; and tailor solutions for client adoption.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering, design, data/AI, and go-to-market teams to deliver against KPIs and build empowered, outcome-focused teams.
- You will mentor and develop team members; foster experimentation with emerging AI technologies; and facilitate continuous improvement to accelerate value delivery.
The team
Innovation & Delivery Transformation partners across the business to design, build, and scale AI-enabled products that drive sustainability impact and business outcomes. The team brings together product management, data/AI, engineering, design, and go-to-market capabilities to translate strategy into measurable results.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Sustainability, or Environmental Science.
- 10 or more years of product management experience, including end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
- 5 or more years building and delivering AI/ML-enabled products (e.g., model integration, MLOps, data pipelines).
- 3 or more years leading sustainability initiatives in areas such as decarbonization, sustainability strategy, or environmental reporting.
- 3 or more years with P&L or KPI ownership for a product (e.g., revenue, margin, adoption, NPS).
- Experience leading empowered, cross-functional product teams (e.g., product, engineering, design, data/AI) to deliver defined KPIs.
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Sustainability, or MBA.
- Experience embedding GenAI into product roadmaps (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, prompt engineering) with production deployments.
- 2 or more years implementing MLOps practices and tooling (e.g., model monitoring, CI/CD for ML, feature stores).
- Experience with sustainability data standards or frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, SBTi, CDP, TCFD) within digital products.
- Record of driving product discovery at scale (e.g., 20+ customer interviews/quarter, A/B testing, experimentation frameworks).
- Experience in enterprise B2B product environments with measurable adoption and outcome improvements.
