Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Marketing on the Government and Public Services (GPS) industry marketing team, you will be responsible for...
- Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that promote Deloitte GPS capabilities, offerings, and assets
- Supporting the strategy and execution of industry events and sponsorships across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats
- Creating and implementing social media plans that build awareness of Deloitte's GPS practice in the market
- Coordinating updates to Deloitte's external website to drive page visits and engagement with featured content
- Drafting and reviewing marketing content, including advertising copy, web copy, social copy, and marketing collateral

The team
Join a dynamic and innovative team within Deloitte's GPS Growth Office. As part of the Growth Office, the GPS Marketing Team delivers meaningful growth and measurable results for our 26K+ professionals serving federal, state, local, higher education, and nonprofit clients. Our team spans across the US and India, providing go to market insights, marketing strategies. and best-in-class creative. We foster a collaborative, efficient, and highly effective environment, empowering our team members to align with Deloitte's strategic objectives and values.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of post-college experience in marketing and communications
- 1+ years of experience using marketing technology to support campaign execution and deliverables
- 1+ years of experience using content marketing techniques, including audience segmentation, search engine optimization (SEO), and persona development
- 1+ years of experience supporting marketing and communications initiatives tied to business objectives
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience working within the government professional services market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,100 to $121,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
