Work you'll do
Designs, researchs, leads and coordinates the development and documentation of agentic solution archetypes/assets. The team prioritizes innovation and creative thinking, often gaining early access to new models, platforms, and working directly with our alliances and vendors to design novel examples of how to use their technologies. A successful architect will have hands-on experience with enterprise and/or application architecture and a working understanding of agentic AI components. Must be an excellent communicator verbally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design agentic solution archetypes that leverage available agentic and cloud technology to demonstrate a use case or scenario
- Document solutions using LucidChart or similar tools and advise engineering team on how they should develop the solution based around the archetype
- Interview and coordinate with other agentic solution development teams to learn and evangelize best practices and emerging trends
- Research and explore market innovations and advancements in this rapidly evolving space including new models, platforms, packages, frameworks, and standards (such as A2A and A2UI, MCP, OTEL, swarms, etc.)

We design and deliver services to run digital businesses, manages innovation and assets, and commercializes IP to drive growth across all Customer offerings.
Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years of consulting and / or Customer operate/implement experience
- 2+ years hands-on solution engineering experience on at least one hyperscaler cloud (AWS or GCP preferred)
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
- Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience
- Experience managing global service delivery from multiple centers
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)- Expertise in an industry vertical (i.e. Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, Media, etc.)
- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Comfortable using AI development tools (Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)
- Relevant experience with prompt engineering and improving consistency and quality of AI Agents (RAG triage and enhancement)
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
